He is survived by: his wife Julie Burkett; his children, Chris Burkett (Stephine) of Moxee, WA, Pam Winter (Steve), Libby, Laura Hayes, Kimberly Maynard (Jeremy) and Frankie Burkett (Trista); his stepchildren, Sarah Magar (Rob Urbani) of Dickinson, TX, Dori Magar and Dean Magar of San Diego, CA; his grandson David Winter (Harley); his stepchildren, Amber Winter (Keiton Julson), Andrew Hayes, Wyatt Hayes, Byron Hayes (Whisper Jimenez), Zane, Kaleb Burkett, Keilani, Tristian, Brayden and Kate Harper; his great grandchild Aliyah Hayes; and his siblings, James Burkett (Fannie), Charles Burkett (Linda), Richard Burkett (Pat), Larry Burkett (Judith), Linda Piscitelli and Neita Keeter.
