It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Spencer of Libby, Montana, born in Iraan, Texas, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyle R. Spencer and Martha S. Spencer; and his wife Charlene Spencer (Lindsay).
