He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Collins and Daisy Collins Webb; his brother Dale Collins; and his grandsons, Shaun Moore and Gary Moore.
He is survived by: his child Billie Maxine Kenyon; his wife Donna Kenyon Collins; his children, Rodney Collins of Spokane, Washington, Corinne of Libby, Montana, Greg Bullard of Libby, Montana, Glenna Hook of Libby, Montana, Daniel Barthalis of Libby, Montana, Alicia, Dale Allison and Janet Fitzpatrick of Liberty Lake, WA; and his brother David Collins of Libby. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
