He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Lou Woods; his parents, Lyle Woods and Elva Biggs; and his stepfather Frank Biggs. He is survived by: his spouses, Tyndal Air Force and Charlotte Woods; his children, Charles Woods Jr. Libby (Shirley), Peter Woods and Edward Woods; his stepchildren, Alex Bluhm (Jodie) and Alan Bluhm (Liz) of Las Vegas, NV; and his sisters, Frances Carter Bozeman (Gib), Helen Wylie of Missoula and Orvi Overtuf (Tim) of Puyallup, WA.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
