He is survived by: his mother Verna Welch of Libby; his children, Derek Welch of Leesville, LA, Shannon Welch of Leesville, LA and Tori Welch of Leesville, LA; his stepdaughter Nikki Cress of Leesville, LA; his grandchildren, Maddix, Caidance, Annhaleina and Angel; and his sisters, Peggy Tong (Larry) of Libby and Jeanne Lohof of Kalispell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
