He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Payne and Florence Payne (Mo); his wife Sharon Pellens; his children, LaSchell Lelm (Mark), Allan (Martha), Sharee Eschenbacher (Dan) and Brian; and his siblings, Lois Morgan (Bob) and Bill. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
