She is survived by: her significant other Louie D. O'Brien; her children, Belinda J. Masters (Ron) of Libby, MT, Leslie D. O'Brien (Tina) of Ventura, CA and Kelly L. O'Brien (Rhonda) of Libby, MT; her grandchildren, RJ, Cory, Kyle, Christina, Lee and Evan Justin; and her cousin Clayton Jensen of Washington. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
