He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Margy" McLendon; and his parents, Edward McLendon and Louise McLendon (Holt). He is survived by: his stepson Mark McLendon (Darcy) of Lewistown; his son Clay (Cindy) of Great Falls; his grandchildren, Michelle McLendon, Kyle McLendon, Mathew McLendon, J. B. Miller (Shaneal), Ryan McLendon, Haley McLendon (Luke) and Cassie Kitch (Dearl); his great grandchildren, Tanner, Payton Miller, Kael and Kiley Kitch; his brother-in-law Glenn Biehl; his niece Bev Biehl; and his nephew Bruce Biehl.
