He was predeceased by: his parents, Thoralf "Alf" Moline and Mary Moline (Owens); his stepmother Opal Moline; and his siblings, Dale Moline, Danny Strate, Jim Hardenbrook, Mike Hayworth, Mary Strate Wishman Silvus, Ethel Hardenbrook Zimmerman (Toots) and Alice Hardenbrook.
He is survived by: his son Big Sky Fire; his wife Patricia Moline (Molzhon); his children, Joseph (Renita), Anthony (Robin), Michael (Lisa), Timothy (Karmen Tesarek), Mark Moline and Karen Phillips (Larry); his siblings, Selma "Scooter" Hayworth Pasha (Del), Deanna Michels (Steve), Gene Strate (Caryn), Wes Hayworth, Patrick Hayworth (JoAnn) and Herbert Hayworth (Polly); his sister-in-law Judy Hayworth; and his grandchildren, Mathea Mulally (Tim), Tyler, Cameron Moline, Kyle Moline (Courtney), Kristine Ophus (Nick), Jamie Doty (Ryan), Makayla Jolly (Chris), Taylor Scott (Kris Schaff), Austin Phillips (Tace), Jenaye Butcher (Taylor), Kylie, Kami Moline, Kaelynn, Cody and Kasey Moline.
