He is survived by: his parents, Michael Gapay and Kris Gapay; his sisters, Jessica Lee (Tyler) and Danielle Johnson (Joshua); his grandparents, Michael and Sandra Gapay; his uncles, Hugh, Sean (Analyn) and Rick (Angela); and his aunt Angela Gapay (Stephen).
