He was predeceased by: his father Larry Duane Chamberlain. He is survived by: his daughter Riley; his mother Arlene Quigley Evans (Quigley) of Lewistown; his siblings, Tony Chamberlain, Terry Chamberlain (Kyra) and Carrie Chamberlain; and his nieces and nephews, Anya Chamberlain, Marissa Chamberlain, Kayla Chamberlain, Sierra Hunnewell, Beau Chamberlain, Nick Chamberlain, Chad Chamberlain, Ethan Chamberlain, Eric Castillo and Alex Hunnewell.
