He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Woods and Cecil F. Woods (Fairbairn). He is survived by: his children, Toby Woods (Teresa) of Ward, AR and Rhonda Cooper (Troy) of Gassville, AR; his stepchildren, Marvin Pierce, Roy Pierce (Christy Reed-Pierce) and Amy Ivy; and his siblings, Barry (Angela) of Billings, MT, Toby (Christine) of Lewistown, MT and Ethel Espinoza of Lewistown, MT. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends are asked to make memorials to Hospice of Central Montana or to the charity of their choice and they may be left with the Cloyd Funeral Home.
