He was predeceased by: his father Harry Benjamin; and his cousin Roberta Clouser. He is survived by: his mother Jeane Fortune Benjamin; his siblings, Jerry (Julie Lynn), Lloyd (Jenny), Clifford (Jewell), Marlene, Shirley Vandermyden and Steve (Julie); his cousin Juanita Clouser Anderson; his former wife Sue Mason; his children, Keith (Melinda), Dale (Kari), Kay Kitto (Todd) and Rick (Julia); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Rowena, Aiden, Boyd (Monte), Kate, Alex, Emory, Kendra, Melody, Ryan, Zane and Aura. He is also survived by his brothers and close friends.
