He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elmer Pangburn and Clara Agnes Pangburn (Tripp); and his brothers, James "Jim" Pangburn and Charles "Charlie" Pangburn. He is survived by: his wife Jeanene Pangburn (Norbury); his daughter Clarene Westburg (Dana) of Worden, MT; his sister Barbara Burley of Billings, MT; and his sister-in-law Edna Pangburn of Billings, MT. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
