With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gene Lowell Hutchinson of Lewistown, Montana, born in Oregon City, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd L. Hutchinson and Elizabeth Hutchinson (Rutter); and his former wife Sharon. He is survived by: his close friend Lorraine Barkhoff of Lewistown, MT; his children, Tammy Maddox (Perry, Jr.) of Fairfield, MT and Ed Hutchinson of Great Falls, MT; his siblings, Sam (Sandy), Harry (Cathy), Helen Reasoner and Jenny Siebold; and his grandchildren, Austin, Mariah, Cheyenne and Shelby. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cloyd Funeral Home & Cremation (209 3rd Ave N, Lewistown, MT 59457).
Friends are asked to make memorials to American Legion Park in Hobson, or the charity of your choice and they may be left with the Cloyd Funeral Home.
