He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Windels and Elsie Windels (Holmstedt); his wife Frances L. Battrick of Lewistown; his sons, Reed of Lakewood, CO and Cory of Greeley, CO; his sister Donna Eberspacher (Norval) of Thermopolis, WY; and his grandchildren, Casey and Cailyn. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Friends are asked to make memorials to the Central Montana Foundation or the charity of their choice and they may be left with the Cloyd Funeral Home.
