He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene Wallace, Clayton Wallace, Jess Wallace and Bill Wallace; his children, Dale C. Wallace Jr., Andrea Wallace Richardson and Bridgette Wallace; his grandson William Richardson; his stepchildren, Orion Seaford and Christian Clark; and his stepgrandchildren, Tavius Seaford, Zoe Seaford, Alyah Seaford, Tyson Clark, Riley Clark and Makayla Clark.
