He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. "Charley" Kendall and Ruby Kendall (Noordam); his half-sister Emma Light; his stepson Mike; his children, Alvin (Peanuts) and Karen; and his stepson Brian (Mike).
He is survived by: his former wife Sylvia Turntoes of Hays; his daughter Jill Hala (Kendall); his stepchild Barabara; his wife Helen Jones (McWhorter); his children, Wanda (Jeannie), Charlotte (Punky) and Dustin; his stepdaughters, Marian, Jane, Barbara and Debra; his friends, Francis Kolczak, Dan Willams, Wade Kinkelaar Wilson Stulc, John Muggli, Harold Hepner (Little Hoag) and Dan Moseman; and also Dustin Kendall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
