With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene A. Phillips (Lewistown, Montana), born in Butte, Montana, who passed away on September 6, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Harry Richter and Laura Richter (Rivenes); her sons, Sam (Christine) of Lewistown, Todd (Nancy) of Lewistown and Mike (Debbie) of Billings; her brother Mick Richter (Anne) of Oakland, CA; her grandchildren, Kacey (Shelby) of Sioux Falls, SD, Koley (Jamie) of Hamilton, MT, Dani of Hardin, MT, Landon (Megan) and Keelan; and her husband Sam. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
