He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith and Isabel Smith; and his brother Mac. He is survived by: his wife Madonna; and his children, Jeri Lynn (David) of Lewistown, Julie (Tommy) of Denver, Jane (Tom) of Mesa and Greg Smith (Ruth) of Lewistown. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
