He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Solf and Anna Solf (Kleiman); his son Ron; his son-in-law Gary Flint; his brothers, Charlie and Leo; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Olson, Norm Wangseng, Chuck Rude and JoAnn Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Willa Raundal; his daughters, Marge Flint and Barb Solf; his siblings, Rose Wangseng, Joan Sampson (Al), Alice Schwartz (Ralph), Clara Siroky (Tom), Lurene Olson, Joe Solf (Elaine) and Frank Solf (Cindy); his sisters-in-law, Mary Rude, Nancy Solf and Darlene Solf; his grandchildren, Kevin Flint (Lindsay), Megan Flint, Joe Solf, Jace Solf (Jennifer) and Josh Solf; and his great grandchildren, Dallon Flint of LeaBelle Flint, RM and Wrye Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Creel Funeral Home (601 W Main St, Lewistown, MT 59457). A rosary was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Leo's Catholic Church (124 W Broadway St, Lewistown, MT 59457). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Winnett Cemetery N. Cemetery.
