She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sebek and Ottilie Sebek; and her siblings, Mary Bussey, Lillian Decker, Lambert Sebek and Charles Sebek.
She is survived by: her spouse Clifford Warren Bertus; her children, Dan (Lorrie) and Trish; her grandchildren, Jason (Amy) and Jolyn (Kadin); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Madeline and Logan Eggart. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that masses be offered for Amy.
