He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wendell and Roma Harper. He is survived by: his brother Husband; his wife Becky Harper; his children, Josh Harper, Erica Harper, Tasia Youngstrom (Taylor) and Kaleb Jubeck (Johanna); his parents, Ann Harper and Teague Harper; his grandparents, Elden and Picola Wood; and his siblings, Zach Harper (Divyn), Melanie Hawkins (Curt), Esther Harper, Sarah Hsu (Han Min), Becky Gomez (Placido), Angie Justesen (Neil), Jeff Harper (Angie), Adam Harper, Samantha Wescott (Kyle), Rachael Baker (Marty) and Alex Harper (Jerica). He is also survived by in-laws, fifty-eight nieces and nephews.
