She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Wegner and Lydia Wegner (Popp); her husband Samuel Frank; her children, Eileen and Stanley; her brother Rudy (Bernice); her son Stan (Susan); her grandchildren, Rick Shimskey (Lori), Pam Kincel (John), Cindy Frank, Wendy Frank and Lena Kallevig (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Lexi Shimskey, Maximo Madrigal, Taylor, Julia Kincel, Caleb Romero, Jake, Brady and Kolter Kallevig; and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Frank (Char), Betty Yeager and JoAnn Hoffman. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
