She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Frank and Francis Frank (Koch); and her siblings, Don Frank, Eve Bauwens, Josie Strever and Constance Frank Reiter Fredrickson.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence G Starnes Jr., Antonio R Starnes, Timothy B Starnes, Steve L Starnes and Kelly R Starnes; and her siblings, John I, Roy A, Norman W Frank and Rita L Kroll. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
