He is survived by: his former wife Jenny Diane Armstrong; his children, Ryan, Brooke and Phillip Tobias; his wife Judy; his son Neil Lawrence (Tiffani); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jake, Ryan Lawrence (Srdjan) and Toby Steinhart (Anna); his great grandchildren, Nash and Nickey; his sisters, Jeanette Quist (Curt), Nancy Grossman (Blaine) and Brenda Hegel (Mike); and also, Brooke Zabrocki (Justin), Dalton Knutson, Morgan Patterson (Braxton) and Madison Zabrocki.
