He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Cook and Sandra Cook; his stepfather Gary Blow; his brother-in-law Craig Huffman; and his wife Sandra Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Taylor Cook, Brittany Gallegos (Nick), Owen Cook and Ayla Cook; his siblings, Sheri, Christi, Teresa and Brian; and his stepbrother Marvin. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (2056 U. S. Hwy 2 W, Libby, MT 59923).
