He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marylou Demuary and Richard Bowman; his wife Bobbi Higgins; his son Jeremy Higgins (Kate); his grandchildren, Sienna, Hailey, James of Apex, Heidi Williams (Wayne), Kaylee and Joe of Edmonds, Washington; his brother Tony Keller; his nephews, Brandon and Marshall; and his sister Carolyn Erickson.
