He was predeceased by: his daughter Jean Ann. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Galbraith; his children, Angela Adams, Carl Galbraith (Shannon), Lance Fibranz (Susan), Karin Brown and Dawn Mariee Ahlen; and his sister Shirley Mayo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial gifts be directed in John's name to Hospice Home Options.
