She was predeceased by: her husband Robert (Bob); her brother Stan Jensen; and her nephew Michael Jensen. She is survived by: her grandchild Chris Hetrick; her children, Catherine Stack, Hetrick Stack, James Stack and Laurie Stack; her grandchildren, Christopher and Libby; her great grandchildren, Andrew Hetrick, Aurora Hetrick, Tristan Smith and Riley Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Virginia Phenicie Thilmany, Maureen Phenicie Humes, Kevin Jensen and Chris Jensen.
