He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sedivy (Cady); his stepdaughter Donna Forkan (Kevin) of Lincoln; his children, Donald Sedivy (Jacqui) of Helena and Dani Carlson (Darryl Hodge) of Creston; his grandchildren, Naci Spano (Nick), Shea Forkan (Melissa), Dylan Carlson (Spenser), Donald Brayden Sedivy and Bryson Sedivy; and his great grandchildren, Skylar and Riggins Forkan. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
