He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Howey and Zellah Ursula Howey (Brownlee); and his sister Gale. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn D. Howey; his children, Jamie Jo Howey and Jacob Howey (Kristina); and his sister Joan Howey. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
