It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis Melvin Crompton (Kalispell, Montana), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jane Boulton Crompton and Francis Fielding Crompton; his children, Catherine (Matt), David (Rosanne), Samuel (Anna) and Leslie; and his wife Beverly Thorpe Hinkelman. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and extended family.
