He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Butts and Iola Butts; his sister Darlene Ballard; his grandson Dustin Krug; his son-in-law Randy Krug; and his niece Jeannie Schneider.
He is survived by: his significant other Becky Butts; his daughters, Vicki Krug, Sandra Sievers and Kaye Butts; his grandsons, Chad Swanson (Lacey), Jeffrey Butts, Michael Sievers and Cody Marron; his great grandchildren, Jamison, Dylan Swanson and Alejandro Butts; his brother Danny Butts (Cheri); and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Butts, Wade Ballard (Bonnie), Karla Scrafford and Judy Kanady (Randy).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Church (1970 US-93, Kalispell, MT 59901).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Backcountry Horseman of the Flathead Valley or the Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation.
