Tuscher (Kalispell, Montana), born in Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away at the age of 81, on February 15, 2020. He was predeceased by: his son John. He is survived by: his daughter Diana; his wife Dorothy; and his brother Douglas Gilbertson (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces, nephews.
