Margaret Zelinda Songer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Zelinda Songer of Judith Gap, Montana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peck and Margaret Peck of Garneill; her husband Alvin E. Songer; her siblings, Addison, Walter "Bee", Bill, Jean, Helen and Harry; her granddaughter Angel Christina Klein; and her son-in-law Jerry Mayfield.
She is survived by: her children, Marge Wilkinson (Fen), Nancy Klein (Norm), Janette Mayfield (Mike Mead), Patricia Cunnington (Allen) and Paul Songer (Donna); and her siblings-in-law, Julie Peck and Ed Songer (Darlene). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Judith Gap Community Church. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at the Judith Gap Cemetery.
