He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Grimsrud and Ruby Grimsrud; his brothers, Don and Wayne; his son Chris; and his great grandchild Brayden.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sugden; his sister JoAnn Martens of Butte; his children, Craig Grimsrud (Jerri) of Wolf Point, Kim Ferguson (Bruce) of Fort Peck, Kyle Grimsrud (Jackie) of Roy, Shauna Murnion (Fred) of Cohagen, Kurt Grimsrud of Billings and Shay Vernes (Brad) of Billings; and his daughters-in-law, Kristen Grimsrud of Huntley and Ellen Kant of New Underwood, SD.. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
