He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Otto and Elizabeth Otto (Biffert); his wife Peggy Hull of Midland, SD; and his son Dustin. He is survived by: his son Devin Otto (Katie) of Billings, MT; his siblings, Sylvia Mandeville of Lincoln, NE, Connie Schily of Elgin, ND and Glen Otto (Patsy) of Mandan, ND; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Nemitz (Lee) of Ismay, MT and Frieda Hall of Miles City, MT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
