With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Fortner of Huson, Montana, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on October 21, 2004 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Fortner and Bernadette Fortner; his wife Samantha; his son Elam; his siblings, Susan (Ron), Ellen, Mike (Kim) and Patrick (Julie); and his extended family, Larry, Brandon and Leslie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
