He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy L. Rowe; his girlfriend Darla Mcpheeters; and his grandson Elisha Ray Brandon. He is survived by: his father William M. Rowe; his sons, Ian Fuller Brandon and Jamie Rowe Brandon; and his siblings, Michael Rowe, Roxy Rowe Schierman and Sally Coker. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
