She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Kosarek; her daughter Rosemarie Black; her grandchildren, Duncan Black and Betsy Black; and her siblings, Joseph Kmoch, Helen Bink, Anne Hron and Bea Koranek.
She is survived by: her children, Louis Kosarek (Nancy) of Missouri City, Shirley McIndoo (Joel) of Oakbrook Terrace and Caroline Kosarek of Hot Springs; and her grandchildren, Joy Black, Kristen, Ryan, Nicole Kosarek, Rachael McIndoo and Matthew McIndoo.
