He is survived by: his parent Ivan Black; his wife Melissa Smith; his mother Patsy Black of Hot Springs; his sons, Dustin Shelton and Eric Black; his brother Cory Reichardt of Hot Springs; his sister-in-law Destiny Reichardt of Hot Springs; his brother John Smith of Mountain Pine; his sister-in-law Jessica Smith of Mountain Pine; his sister Kathy Spray of Hot Springs; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Spray of Hot Springs and Sarah Taylor of Ohio; his uncle Dale Harvey of Tahlequah; and also Aunt Argie Lee Harvey of Tahlequah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.
