He is survived by: his close friends, Maddie Blue and Ella; his wife Kristi Anderson; his daughters, Julie Anderson and Rebecca; his son-in-law Kasey Schultz; his sister Pamela Anderson (Bud West); his mother-in-law Mary Ellen White; his sisters-in-law, Kathie White and Karen (Greg Lewis); his nieces and nephews, Sydney Lovell, Brad E. Lovell, Jr., Jon-Michael Lewis, David Lewis and Matthew Lewis; and his goddaughter Jena Petro.
