He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jane Siratt. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn May; his children, Jerry May (Vicki), Terry May (Janna) and Donna Cosgrove (Drew); and his stepchildren, Randy McGrew (Cynthia), Richard McGrew (Debbie) and Marilyn McGrew. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
