He was predeceased by: his sister Antonia Damian; and his daughter-in-law Peggy Oseguera. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Oseguera; his children, Sonia Leim (Steve) of Stillwater, Gabriel Oseguera (Brandi) of Hot Springs, Jorge Oseguera (Alissa) of Hot Springs, Miguel Oseguera (Neriza) of Hot Springs and Carlos Oseguera (Gina) of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Adrian, Morgan, Katelynn, Drew, Christy Beth, Alek, Tyler Jon, Plyler, Enrique, Madison, Jaxon and Madilyn; his great grandchildren, Logan Brooke, Marisa and Joslyn; and his siblings, Joaquin Oseguera, Javier Oseguera, Jose Oseguera, Roberto Oseguera, Salvador Oseguera, Luis Oseguera and Virginia Mejia.
