He was predeceased by: his child Eric Wolken. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Wolken and Alice Wolken; his wife Sue Rains Wolken; and his children, Chris Rains, Brad Wolken, Elaine Wolken, Mike Wolken, Kristie Wolken, Karyn Shuler, Robert Shuler and Carole Wolken Chase.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Old Friends Retirement Farm http://www.oldfriendsequine.org and/or the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund.
