She was predeceased by: her son Randy Glen Westerman; her grandson Jason Teague; her siblings, Reba Bratton, Lealon Bates and Ella Jane Davis; and her parents, Hattie Bates and Charlie Bates.
She is survived by: her husband Glen Westerman; her daughters, Glenda Golden (Johnny) and Teresa Helton; her grandchildren, Chris Meseke (Heather), Krystal Helton, Somer Stehling and Chase Helton (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Layton Teague, Drew Beall, Jessie Teague, Dilyn Wolf, Cayden Meseke, Carsyn Meseke, Eli Loy and Jaycee Loy; and her sister Uneda Vanderslice.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
