He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Craig Gold, Ashley Manzella (Joe), Campbell Helen Manzella and Graham Alan Manzella; his sister Lynne Manahan (Don); his nieces and nephews, Lisa Ford (Jeremy), Debra Mohan (Josh), Jessica, Nesher, Ian Campbell and Duncan Campbell; and his brother-in-law James Campbell (Susan).
