She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Phil Fulbright (Sam), Lynn West (Jeff), Robert Fulbright (Kim) and Donald Fulbright (Karleen); her siblings, Pam Stout, Tim Matzinger (Paula), Dennis Matzinger (Dee) and Mark Matzinger (Eileen); her parents, Peg Matzinger and Rudy Matzinger; her grandparents, Faye, Pete Hoven, Patsy and Dean; her husband Lyle Fulbright; and her son Lyle Dean.
