With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick C. Hassler of Hilger, Montana, born in Lewistown, Montana, who passed away on August 2, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hassler and Agnes Hassler (Vanek); his wife Katie Shull; and his sisters, Colleen Johnson (Slim) and Evelyn Wichman (Gene).
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Katie; his siblings, Dirk, Debbie, Tracy and Terri; his children, Dirk (Jane) of Hilger, Debbie Rankin (Michael) of Lewistown, Tracy Myers (Paul) of Billings and Terri Amberg (Gary) of Butte; his grandchildren, Sonja Pospisil, Tasha Wickens (Doug), Paul Benes (Erin), Ryan Benes (Kyrie), Robert Bolstad, Katie Bolstad, Dodie Myers, Nathan Bolstad, PJ Myers and Wyatt Hassler; his great grandchildren, Hannah Pospisil, Trask Wickens, Evelynn, Emersyn Benes and Abel Bolstad; and his brother Arthur Hassler (Kathy).
Memorials are requested to the Winifred Ambulance, Hilger Rural Fire Department, Tough Enough to Wear Pink, or Hospice of Central Montana.
